The 737MAX, which is "famous" for its fatal Maneuvering Characteristics Augmentation System (MCAS) will be carrying passengers from Sao Paulo to Porto Alegre for the first time, making it the first 737MAX flight ever since it was grounded. The flight in question is a GOL Airlines 737MAX with flight number G34104. The registration of the aircraft is currently unavailable. The flight is set to depart in the 9th of December 2020, today at 8.20am local Sao Paulo time.
I personally, am very excited for this event because I admire the fuel efficiency of the 737MAX and im happy to see it flying again.
I hope that this flight will be sucessful and the 737MAX will not be grounded again.
