How does Singapore Airlines cope without firing their staff during Covid-19?

Nowadays, because of Covid-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019), many airlines such as British Airways, American Airlines, and many more are firing their staff but Singapore Airlines did not.

Here is how Singapore Airlines cope without firing its staff and still paying them:

You may think, "Oh, they must have just put them on paid leave!" but you are wrong, what they are doing is that they are putting their staff to good use to help out our frontline heroes! Since all cabin crew and pilots are trained in emergency health aid and other medical training, Singapore Airlines decided to make them nurses at various hospitals in Singapore as they have the training to do it and there is a very high demand for medical staff who are trained like them. This helps the crew as they will not be out of a job and they can still earn money while not flying!

I feel that what Singapore Airlines is doing is very nice!
