Ever wondered where some old 747s go? Most go to the scrapyard or cargo airlines but a very selective few of them are turned into a cafe! One of the newest retired 747 cafe is located near Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport and it uses an old 747-400 from Thai Airways (I think).
When you enter the cafe, you are greeted with warm, hipster lighting and the raw fuselage of the 747. What a beautiful sight 😍! There is even a "balcony" on the wing! It is a dream cafe for all avgeeks! However, the airplane cafe does not have real airplane seats like the Thai Airways restaurant does..
As of right now, the cafe is not complete and still has a few boxes here and there, but it is a very creative idea and I really hope to go there one day..
If you ever go to Bangkok, will you go to this cafe? Comment below :D

*I could not find any pictures of the cafe, so I used a photo of a Thai Airways 747 instead.
Thank you, @Igorpryragon on Twitter for suggesting this article idea to me.
